H1N1治理網站之建置 (II)

Abstract

本計畫透過實際建構H1N1f防治之治理網站，進一步檢驗法學上人際互動（human interaction）模式，公自主與私自主之互生性（co-originality），多觀點(multi-perspective)的社會規範正當性等多項理論; 並驗證，改良電子法律參與，電子治理網站等跨領域發展領域的研究成果。本計畫實際建構的H1N1治理網站，將進一步透過與國外學術社群的交流，得到深入檢討的機會，也期待能為電子法律參與等新興領域，提供發展方向及基本理論。

This project builds another governance web to facilitate the effective response to H1N1 crisis. It represents the second attempt to build such governance web. It is hoped that we can further examine the ideas of patterns of human interaction, co-originality between public and private autonomy, and the multi-perspective foundation for social norm legitimacy. Through this project, we also want to validate and improve interdisciplinary research for e-participation, and governance web. Through actual building a governance web, we want to actively use it as the basis for international research exchanges. Through such exchange effort, not only our approach could be examined and validated, our approach could also contribute to the international development of e-participation and e-governance.
