dc.description.abstract自1990 年代以來,相關校長領導行為(主要為轉型領導與交易領導)與教師組織承諾關係關係之研究數量,已累積至相當程度。然而國內卻鮮少有整合性的分析研究。基於此本研究之主要目的即在利用後設分析(meta-analysis) 的方法,分析校長轉型領導、交易領導與教師組織承諾之間的相關論文與研究報告,以鉅觀的角度瞭解校長領導的行為,是否對教師組織承諾產生系統性的影響。如果確有顯著之統計相關,則進一步探討其高低趨勢與中介變項,以提供未來教育行政人員之參考。en_US
dc.description.abstractThe major purposes of this study are to clarify existing knowledge of the effects of leadership styles of principals that categorized as transformational leadership and transactional leadership on organizational commitment of teachers and to provide information concerning leadership factors that would be helpful to educational administrators. A meta-analysis technique will be used to synthesize the results of related studies in English and Chinese. Variables analyzed included characteristics of principals and teachers, leadership styles, organizational commitment, and school types.en_US
