| dc.description.abstract | 自從學者吳乃德（2005; 2006）首先將「轉型正義」的理論與實務，有系統的引進台灣，各種台灣特色的「轉型正義」，如雨後春筍冒出。轉型正義原本是指新成立的民主政府依照民主憲政的原則，適當的處理過去威權政府不公義的行為或制度。但是政治人物根據自己的政治利益，重新詮釋轉型正義的內涵與應用，反而模糊了焦點，甚至成為新的不公義行為或制度的幫兇。 | - |
