| dc.description.abstract | 2008年，中共改革開放政策實施滿30年，這期間，中國大陸經濟的傲人成就，舉世共睹，但是這一年對大陸經濟卻是極不平凡的一年。由於經歷了特大的自然災害和國際金融危機的強烈衝擊，中共的宏觀經濟調控政策也做出重大的調整，「保增長、擴內需」成為當前經濟政策的主軸，儘管其執行成效仍面臨諸多因素的限制，但是國際金融危機所帶來世界經濟格局的重整，大陸經濟在全球經濟扮演日益重要的角色，這是不容忽視的發展。 | en_US |
