摘要: 本研究之目的在探討輔導會所屬公務人員個人背景、社會信任、工作滿意的現況;其個人背景對社會信任、工作滿意度的差異情形;社會信任與工作滿意的相關情形;以及個人背景與社會信任感對工作滿意的預測情形等。\r\n本研究對象為輔導會所屬公務員,以「個人背景、社會信任感與工作滿意度」之問卷為工具總計發放315份問卷,蒐集有效問卷為268 份,有效問卷回收率為85.1%。根據問卷調查所得資料,利用SPSS 套裝軟體來分析各變數之間的關係,經研究結果與歸納分析如下:\r\n1.輔導會所屬公務人員整體社會信任與工作滿意的程度並不高為41.48%及37.37%。\r\n2.就整體而言,部分個人背景,對社會信任感有顯著性差異;部分個人背景對工作滿意度有顯著性差異。\r\n3.就整體而言,社會信任感與工作滿意度呈現顯著正向影響關係。就各構面而言,社會信任之「對群體中個人信任」、「對組織信任」、「對組織代理人信任」等三構面與工作滿意之各構面有顯著正相關情形。\r\n4.社會信任部分構面對於工作滿意部分構面有顯著的預測力,如社會信任之「對群體中個人的信任」構面對工作滿意之「督導」、「自我成長」構面有顯著的預測力;社會信任感之「對組織代理人的信任」構面對工作滿意之「知識技能」構面有顯著的預測力。\r\n關鍵詞:輔導會、個人背景、社會信任感、工作滿意度
The purpose of this research is to investigate the personal background, social trust and job satisfaction of civil servants In Veterans Affairs Commission, and to explore the relationship between them. \r\nThe subjects of the study were civil servants in Veterans Affairs Commission. Questionnaires entitled “personal background, social trust and job satisfaction” were designed to 315 civil servants. Of the returned questionnaires 268 were valid responses, corresponding with an 85.1% of return rate. SPSS for Windows package software was used to process the data. After data analysis, this study concluded that:\r\n1. For civil servants in Veterans Affairs Commission, the level of the social trust is fair, the job satisfaction is fair. \r\n\r\n2. For overall, some personal background on the social trust, have significant difference; some personal background on the job satisfaction have significant differences. \r\n\r\n3. For overall, social trust shows a significant positive influence on job satisfaction. For dimension of the social trust of personal trust in the groups ,\" trust in the organization, the agents of the organization trust \", the three dimensions of job satisfaction dimensions have a significant positive correlation situation.\r\n\r\n4. Social trust part of the dimensions of some dimensions of job satisfaction have significant predictors, the \" individuals in the group trust\" of social trust and the \"supervision\", \"personal growth\" significant dimensions predictor; the” trust in the organization agent” of social trusts and the \"knowledge and skills\" of job satisfaction have significant predictors.\r\n\r\nKey words: Veterans Affairs Commission, personal background, social trust, job satisfaction
