摘要: 以各種社群網站為首的策展平台及其內容,近幾年正漸漸成為媒體內容的新興典範,而需求急速成長的雲端影視在內容策展的領域中也不應缺席。本研究立基於網絡社會(Castells, 2000)中與知識工作(Drucker, 1993)相關之人才理論,尤其是Hartley(2009)所提倡之創意產業與個人創新創業文化之論述,欲了解業餘雲端影視內容策展人需具備如何的資訊素養與企製能力,進而完成從素人邁向專家的自我成長與微型創業之目標。\n 本研究以深度訪談與小組座談的質性研究方法,訪談個案平台9x9.tv的內部職員與外部策展人,初探雲端影視策展人在企劃、創製作、優化與發佈、行銷與溝通等四個工作階段應具備怎樣共通與相異的素養與能力;策展人如何兼顧社群親近性與內容專業度,以及他們如何看待自身角色與大環境。研究發現,雲端影視策展人的動力來自業餘文化下的興趣與熱誠,並可基於相關專業知能的核心素養,藉由跨域的實作自學能力,以造就百花齊放的內容創業生態。因而內容創意產業的能量主要不在於環境的能供性,而是存於每個現代人內心的覺醒意識。知識公民心中應有自覺,了解自我在這個時代所肩負的主動角色與自我準備的方向,以厚植多元文化的專業薰陶,並熟知如何與社群受眾溝通互動進而學習調校既有的專業與實務知能。
