以色列政治特色：內政外交是國防的延長

Abstract

一個國家的內政與對外行為之間的關連性，是當代國際關係研究中的新課題，而以色列是在這一研究方向中的極為特殊例子。以色列自立國之後，其國內政治與外交關係，即受到國防安全議題的主宰，由於國防安全的考量，以色列的內政與外交，都展現與其他國家不同的特色。

The relations between domestic politics and external behavior is a relatively new subject in international studies. However, Israel has been a rare and exceptional case in the area. Since its independence in 1948, Israel`s domestic politices and foreign policy and foreign behavior have been dominated by the paramount issue of national security. Because of its concerns over national security, both Israel`s domestic politics and foreign policy present a very different character from other countries.
