| dc.description.abstract | 一九九五年十二月俄羅斯舉行國會改選，上議院成員由八十九個行政主體之行政首長和議會主席擔任，不另選舉。下議院四百五十位代表則分別由單一選區與全國不分區黨名單產生。結果，俄共黨共贏得一五七席，而支持總統葉爾欽的「我們的家俄羅斯」只獲得五十五席。此外，上下兩院的主席皆是共產黨人。這一形勢不僅使葉爾欽往後施政困難，而且使他在六月總統大選中面對嚴峻挑戰。如果，共黨領袖當選俄統，俄政局將會面臨重大轉折。 | en_US |
