Rise of India

Abstract

印度以往長期侷限在南亞的戰略地域衝突，並且在冷戰期間被短視外交政策所限制，減損了它在國際舞台的重要性，不過印度過去十年的崛起，已成為當今國際關係不可忽視的重要變數。政大國關中心在2012年9月5日舉辦「印度的崛起：戰略與外交方向」學術會議，本次將會中論文集結成書出版，該些論文圍繞著印度崛起的主題，它所帶來國際和國內的影響，以及作為新興崛起勢力的可能發展和面對挑戰，證實印度崛起，實不容忽視。
