dc.description.abstract本研究係執行國科會"台灣地區的政治民主 化:行為層面的探討"專題研究規劃案( NSC81-0301-H004-02)中的一個子題.本研究以民國八 十三年省市長選舉中的選民行為為研究焦點, 嘗試透過選民選舉行為的層面來瞭解、解釋我 國台灣地區政治民主化的進展,進而期望將來 建立政治民主化的理論模式.本次選舉有幾項 特殊意義:(1)台灣省及北高兩市成為直轄市以 來首次民選之省市長;(2)考驗兩黨勢力的消長; (3)第三黨有無生存的空間;(4)兩大黨黨內派系 權力結構的重新調整.所以本次選舉的研究,對 瞭解台灣地區的政治民主化與變遷具有重大的 意義.本研究以全台灣省選民作為母體,抽出5000 個訪問樣本,採選前電話訪問,選後面訪調查法 及固定樣本連續訪問法(Panel study),對台灣地區 選民的選舉行為進行研究.在本研究中擬提出 選民投票的自主性、投票取向、關心選舉程度 的增減、政治知識的增減程度、投票原因的變 化、省籍觀念在投票行為中的融化程度、族群 意識及國家認同感等等變數,探討它們與投票 行為間的關係,期以有效解釋台灣地區的政治 民主化.en_US
