dc.description.abstract軍備轉移為一國外交政策的工具之一。 en_US
Arms transfer is one of the instruments a state employs for carrying out its foreign policy. The U.S., mainland China, and Israel all make full use of arms transfer, but with mixed results. In recent years arms transfer has also become an instrument for earning foreign currency. The end of the cold war has not reduce regional or ethnic conflicts. The need for arms thus is increasing. Consequently, all three countries have increased their arms sale.en_US
