日期: | 1994 | 上傳時間: | 27-Aug-2014 | 摘要: | 本研究計畫為國科會"全國圖書資訊事業之 規劃"(計畫編號:NSC83-0301-H002-016)中規劃成果第 六項"圖書館事業與人力資源"一子題.近年來由 於圖書資訊事業突飛猛進之發展,圖書館經營 方式之改變,圖書資訊深入各行各業,使得圖書 館的人才逐漸短缺,而為了因應時代之需求,實 不能再侷限於傳統圖書館人才之培育,而應擴 及博物館、資訊中心甚至檔案館為對象.本研 究針對當前我國圖書館、博物館、資訊中心以及檔案館所需求之人力與人才進行調查研究; 以法定之進用人才需求就量及質、專業及非專 業的人員等資格及數量加以探討,由社會需求 層面提供一些具體數據以供圖書資訊系所培育 人才之參考,促進適才適用、學用合一,使圖書 資訊人力資源得到充份之利用. | 關聯: | 行政院國家科學委員會 計畫編號NSC83-0301-H004-102-M2 |
