摘要: A study was conducted to analyze employee empowerment from different perspectives and characterizes a conceptual framework that delineates elements of empowerment in an organizational setting. Four dimensions of empowerment were determined, including empowering leaders, empowering culture, empowering management practices and empowered employees. Results indicated that empowerment can be successfully realized if it is carefully planned and practised persistently.
