dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to understand the librarians and directors opinions concerning the method, effects of the job rotation, and whether the librarians opinions are different among education, age, seniority, and to explore the difference in the viewpoints about job rotation between librarians of different personal characteristics. In consideration of enchancing the effectiveness of job rotation, this study also provided some suggestions for universities in Taiwan.en_US
