dc.description.abstract本文是以一九八七年開辦的北京西藏中學為例,整理中國內地西藏班的集中辦學的民族教育模式相關文獻與田野實察,瞭解其開辦緣起與經過、學制和辦學特色。希望能以他山之石的辦學經驗給臺灣自一九九三年開始發展的原住民重點學校、原住民完全中學、原住民藝能班的民族教育體制的辦學做省思與參考。 The paper compiles the related literature about the model of implementing concentrated ethnic education in the inland Tibetan classes in China and also documents the writer’s field observations at the Beijing Tibetan Middle School, which was founded in 1987, to find out the reason and process of the establishment of the inland Tibetan classes and to know the education system and characteristics of the classes. Taking the case of the Beijing Tibetan Middle School, the paper is expected to offer some references for Taiwan’s ethnic education system, which began in 1993 and includes aboriginal weighted schools, comprehensive junior-senior high schools for aboriginal students and artistic skills classes for aboriginal students, and to trigger some reflections on the system.-
