| dc.description.abstract | 本文探討1980 年代以來大陸金融體制改革的歷程來觀察兩岸金融往來的現況與未來展望，並以銀行業為例，分析兩岸金融交流的競合關係，探索兩岸金融合作的可能性與挑戰。本文認為兩岸簽署的兩岸金融監理合作備忘錄（Memorandum ofUnderstanding，MOU），在ECFA 的效應下將有助於兩岸金融往來的便捷化與正常化，可促進國內金融業開拓大陸金融市場的商機，並同時有助於臺灣「金融深化」（Financial Deepening）程度日益成熟，並展開國際金融合作，得以成為區域金融中心之一。 | |
