dc.description.abstract	以协同商务进行传统的经济活动可以使企业自身专注于所擅长的领域,利用专业分工创造比以往更大的绩效。为了达到协同商务的良好愿景,就必须将这些商品设计、制造、行销等行为建构在企业与企业间资料能够顺畅交换的基础之上,然而传统的企业与企业之间,内部所使用的系统不尽相同,资料的格式也不一样,形成资料交换间的一大障碍,故以RosettaNet、ebXML为主,探讨协同商务的整合趋势,以期未来协同商务可以在共通资料交换平台上,以稳定且被广泛使用的架构顺利地运作,使电子商务进一步发展。
