摘要: This study investigates the impacts of information and communications technology adoption on business process reengineering and the associated performance from a dynamic resource-based perspective. The framework is tested using survey data from a sample of 436 chief information officers or senior information system managers. ICT technologies facilitate firms to optimize business processes. Moreover, business process re-engineering has significant positive impacts on internal process performance, and then internal process performance has significant impacts on organizational learning and growth and customer satisfaction correspondingly.
