Abstract: 本研究旨在瞭解台灣學校層級評鑑的相關問題,並以台北縣校務評鑑為研究對象,透過問卷與訪談方式,實際瞭解學校層級評鑑在執行上的重要問題,並探究可行的改進思考與策略,以提供教育行政機關參考,期能改進台灣目前評鑑執行的困境。
The main purpose of this study is to understand issues related to school-level evaluation in Taiwan. Using school evaluation in Taipei County as an example, this study used questionnaires and interviews to understand the important question of actual implementation of school-level evaluation, and to explore strategies for improvement. Finally, conclustions and suggestions are proposed for educational administration departments to solve difficulties involved in implementing evaluation in Taiwan.
