dc.description.abstractThe longtime main focus for implementations is Enterprise Application Integration (EAI). Nowadays, the emergence of Web Service technologies has opened up new and previously unimagined ways to achieve similar ends so that may become a lingua franca for integrating Business-to-Business (B2B) applications across corporate boundaries to create a truly federated environment. Meanwhile, the enterprises with legacy systems to migrate to Web Services might encounter the system integration problems because no an experienced implementation guideline. Thus, the environmental factors study is important for the Web Services system implementation in enterprises. This research proposes an approach to provide the key factors for enterprises attempt to implement the Web Services system. This research adopted Delphi method to scheme the appropriate Web Services system implementation with conditions in planning phase, developing phase, and operation phase. The conclusion provides the key environmental factors for enterprises adopt the Web Services to success.
