Abstract: The eCommerce provided by Internet and Web is about to establish itself as a significant economic factor worldwide. In recent years, the eCommerce has increasingly been used for business service between enterprises and consumers. Hence, developing e-business web services more efficiently and reliably is a critical issue for many enterprises. There are many development methodologies of business process in Telecom Corporation. In this paper, we propose a service of composition framework to support web services-based approach for business process framework such as eTOM (Enhance Telecom Operations Map: eTOM). Then, we use eTOM in practice to realize this architecture and implement some web services to Trouble Management Website in Telecom Corporation. © 2006 IEEE.
