| dc.description.abstract | 勞工因職業災害而致傷害、疾病、殘廢時,除經濟損失外,工作能力亦將蒙受損失而降低或喪失,致妨礙重返就業。職災勞工工作能力的損失,不僅是個人與家庭的不幸,也是整體人力資源的損失,構成對其工作權的嚴重侵害。因此,除按職災補償制度彌補職災勞工經濟損失外,勞雇雙方與政府更應共同合作,恢復其損失的工作能力,促進職災勞工早日重返就業,這是職業重建(編者注:此處\"重建\"\"重健\"\"復健\"均義同康復)制度的首要任務。 | - |
