A cross-sectional random sampling survey to a regional teaching hospital for one month attending look different times the number of research subjects, for 929 copies of valid questionnaires. Northern Alliance in Taiwan medical instrument for the study of customer satisfaction scale. The study mostly to 40–59 year-old, level of education in order to account for the largest university. The results showed that business services provided by hospital satisfaction ranged from an average of no opinion (3 points) to the satisfaction of (4 points) between; overall satisfaction descending order as: the overall environment of medicine procedures collar → consultation between patient check the item price → Payment approved for registration, the customer age and overall satisfaction showed statistically significant difference was (p < .01), Scheffe test found that customers aged 40–59 years old overall satisfaction is higher than 20–39 years of age; customers with the level of education of medical statistics on the overall environment was a significant positive difference (p < .01), Scheffe test found that customers university level of education above the overall environment of the body satisfaction is higher than the country middle school; customers the availability of a work income institutions overall satisfaction showed statistically significant differences (p < .01).
