摘要: 近視是臺灣重要的公共衛生議題,近視比例高,度數深,發生早,反映出臺灣近視防治成效不彰。本研究擬剖析都市兒童近視初期的傳記性歷程,以對兒童近視防治工作提出建議。借由敘述訪談法與深度訪談法的使用,本研究以兩組罹患近視的都市兒童作為研究個案,搜集家長與兒童個案近視歷程的傳記經驗。經個案近視經驗的詮釋,本研究發現,當代臺灣都市兒童罹患近視的歷程,深受近視兒童家長的教養經驗、學校教育機制、醫療建議與社區公共衛生等多種社會脈絡的影響。最終,本文從親職教育、教育機構、專業眼科診所、社區保健機制與大眾媒體等五個面向,對兒童近視防治工作提出建議。
Because myopia is an important public health issue in Taiwan,the high prevalence of myopia,high degrees of eyeglass prescription,it come to occur early,they all response the low effect about myopia prevention work in Taiwan.This study intended to analyze the biographical processes of the early myopia phase of urban children,and provide some suggestions for prevention work.By using narrative interview and deep interview method,this study collected the experiences of becoming myopia from two cases of parents and children.Based on the interpretation of narrative text,this study found many kinds of social context among the prior parenting experience,school promotional mechanisms,medical advice,and community public health,which affected the becoming of present myopia children.Finally,in order to provide some suggestions on children’s myopia prevention work,this paper concluded the biographical experience of children’s early myopia process,and indicated five dimensions to improve the children’s myopia prevention work,including the parenting education,the educational institutions,professional medical clinic,health promotion community and mass media.
