受理民眾申訴及通報網路內容問題單一窗口計畫(科發基金委辦計畫)

Abstract

一、 計畫提供網路、電子信、外單位三種管道接受申訴信函，受理民眾申訴及通報網路不妥內容問題。單e窗口自99年8月2日成立，截至12月底，已接獲2145件申訴案，其中又以網路色情為最大宗，其次為網路犯罪 二、 召開兩次評定小組，並編撰完成評定小組評議案例宣導彙編： 三、 辦理「單一窗口專屬網站設計及建置、電子信箱作業管理系統、製作單一窗口宣導短片（須負責聯繫於無線電視公益時段及有線電視公用頻道排播事宜）、各大入口網站橫幅（banner）廣告及報紙廣告及計畫設備採購（詳估價單）。」 四、 完成教育訓練教材及辦理教育訓練，達七十一小時。 五、 已推動台灣網際網路協會、中華無店面業零售業協會、台灣電信產業發展協會等業者自律。 六、 七月二十八日召開單一窗口上線開始運作記者會。並在蘋果、中時、自由、雅虎奇摩、衛星有線電視頻道公益時段、PCHome、TVBS新聞台、各廣播電台，宣導WIN網路單e窗口。

1. One-Stop Service for Complaints or Reports Regarding Internet Content project starts to provide website, e-mail, as well as other agencies for online content complaint service. It had received 2145 online content complaints from August 2 to December 31 2010. 2. Specific online content complaints had been edited to be online cases guidebook. 3.This service had been promoted through radio and tv channels, dominant website banners, as well as newspapers. 4. This project had held 71-hour professional job training. 5. It also helps three major information technology association to sign self-regulation guidelines. 6. The opening press conference had held on July 28, which had been reported by four major daily newspapers, cable television,Yahoo, PCHOme, Yam SKY, TVBS news channel, and radio stations.
