| Abstract: | 本論文以新疆維吾爾自治區的基本情勢及其社會文化的特殊性，將新疆維吾爾自治區的少數民族分布狀況、「民族區自治」制度在此地的施行狀況與效果、以及民族、宗教、文化的差異所產生的問題等角度，說明新疆維吾爾自治區的特殊性及重要性。時空背景上，縱向從少數民族教育政策的理論基礎、少數民族教育政策的演進，橫向以少數民族教育政策的施行等三方面切入分析。 |
