| dc.description.abstract | 西德聯邦共和國憲法是第二次世界大戰的產物。第二次世界大戰是第一次世界大戰後巴黎\n 和約處分德國之不當所促成，是則第二次大戰不啻為第一次大戰的延續。而第一次大戰乃\n 為俾士麥手訂的一八七一年德意志帝國憲法(The Constitution of he Empire of\n Germany, 1871)所孕育。是則德意志帝國憲政的發展如何，實為研究德國憲法問題者所不\n 應忽視的課題。然而，德意志帝國是經過許多艱苦卓絕的奮鬥。始於一八七一年普法戰爭\n 後在法國凡爾塞宮宣告成立。這些艱苦卓絕的奮鬥，可歌可泣。有足多者。茲略為申敘如\n 次。\n | |
