| dc.description.abstract | 伴隨著時代的進步與經濟的日趨繁榮，專業分工有愈來愈精細的趨勢，對於資訊的取得與認知，也傾向於因人而異的情況。相同的一個事件，可能會因為處理的人員不同而導致不同的結果，這可說是擁有資訊多寡所產生的結果。一般而言，擁有資訊較多的一方會因為訊息所帶來的利基而獲得較優的利益；而擁有資訊較少或完全無任何訊息的一方便可能會因此而遭受損失。每個理性的經濟個禮自然會追求較多的資訊以使個人可獲得更多的利益，但是資訊的取得通常是需要成本，故訊息並非是人人可得，且非人人相等的；因此，訊息不對稱的問題便開始衍生了。基於分工日漸的精細以及每人資訊取得不易所造成的資訊不對稱的現象中，代理問題(Principal and Agent Problem)是最常見的現象。 | zh_TW |
