dc.description.abstract	韓國從1960年代至今，土地政策的重點在於促進經濟成長的基礎上，使土地利用的效率極大化為目的。但是在此過程中所顯示出的局部性的地價上漲與以此為目的之投極性交易，漸漸招致財富分配與土地壟斷問題。因而最近國民與論及學者、專家成為一體，要在社會正義及國民和諧層面上，解除因土地的不平等要素，此乃是現今對土地問題的一般性認識。	zh_TW
