摘要: 本研究的主要目的在探討下列問題:(一)國中教師是否隨背景變項的不同而在成就動機方面有顯著差異?(二)國中教師是否隨背景變項的不同而在職業倦怠方面有顯著差異? (三)國中教師是否因性別、成就動機的不同而在職業倦怠上有顯著差異?(四)國中教師是否因成就動機、職業倦怠的不同而對任教的意願有顯著影響?(五)根據研究結果,提出建議,以供瞭解與因應國中教師職業倦怠之參考。
