題名: 台灣省立高中教師對校長權力基礎之知覺與其參與決定關係之研究

摘要: 論文提要內容\r\n本研究以台灣省為範圍,旨在探討省立高中教師對校長權力基礎之知覺,是否因其個人變項及校長個人變項不同,而有所差異;教師參與決定是否因其個人背景變項不同,有所差異,及教師所知覺之校長權力基礎與其參與決定之相關。\r\n本研究從文獻探討著手,分析權力基礎與參與決定之意義、理論基礎及其相關研究,而後從事實際調查。為求有效獲得實況資料,以修訂過之「高中校長權力運用與教師參與決定調查問卷」為調查工具,以台灣省立五十六所高級中學819位教師樣本為研究對象,進行問卷調查。計得有效教師樣本543位,回收率為66.30%。經將所得資料依編號、登錄處理後,利用T考驗、單因子變異數分析及Pearson積差相關法進行SPSSX套裝程式統計分析後,針對研究結果,歸納結論,提供建議。\r\n研究結果顯示:\r\n(一)一般教師對省立高中校長權力知覺之分數,以參照權及專家權較高。\r\n(二)就教師之知覺而言,不同性別校長在參照權及專家權有顯著差異。不同年齡校長在法職權及強制權上有顯著差異。不同教育程度校長在各權力基礎,沒有顯著差異。\r\n(三)就教師個人變項而言,不同性別教師對校長參照權、專家權之知覺有顯著差著。不同教育程度教師對校長專家權之知覺有顯著差異。不同任教地區教師對校長強制權之知覺有顯著差異。不同年齡、服務年資及任教科目之教師,對校長各權力基礎知覺,沒有顯著差異。\r\n(四)整體而言,教師之參與決定呈剝奪參與類型。\r\n(五)屬於過度參與類型教師,因性別、服務年資不同有顯著差異。屬於適度參與類型教師,因任教地區不同有顯著差異。不同年齡、教育程度及任教科目教師在各參與類型,沒有顯著差異。\r\n(六)法職權與各參與類型沒有顯著相關。\r\n(七)強制權與過度參與、極端剝奪參與量顯著正相關。\r\n(八)參照權與過度參與、極端剝奪參與呈顯著正相關。\r\n(九)專家權與極端剝奪參與呈顯著正相關。\r\n根據研究結果,本研究建議:\r\n(一)61歲以上校長應避免法職權、強制權之誤用\r\n(二)女性校長宜多加強參照權及專家權之適當運用\r\n(三)對於不同性別、學歷、任教地區教師之感受應予重視。\r\n(四)學校對各項活動之推行,應多徵詢教師們之意見。\r\n(五)採行適度參與決定方式,如以委員代表方式參與。\r\n(六)校務會議應落實\r\n(七)已做成之決定應責成考核單位,評鑑執行成果\r\n(八)教師對學校各項事務應有平等參與之機會\r\n(九)校長宜避免法職權之誤用,以使教師獲得適度參與\r\n(十)防止行政人員權力過於膨脹。\r\n對未來研究者之建議:\r\n(一)研究變項方面:可探討校長人格特質與行政人員行政影響力對校長權力及教師參與決定有無影響。\r\n(二)研究工具方面:有關權力方面之研究工具,未來研究者可多下苦心發展。\r\n(三)研究方法:若金錢、時間許可,除問卷調查外,尚可考慮訪問法。
