dc.description.abstract	我國教育發展，因受戰亂之影響，始終沒有步入正規，政府遷台以後，積極建設台灣為三民主義的模範省，近卅年台灣省的教育發展就等於是全國教育之發展，其各種發展過程，尤其是延長義務教育以後的各種措施，可供反攻大陸後其他各省發展教育之有力參考，所以說台灣省政府教育廳組織的健全與職權的得當與否，將影響深遠，乃擇定教育廳組織與職權作為研究之主題。	zh_TW
