| dc.description.abstract | 本研究探討中小企業應用主管資訊系統之狀況，以及中小企業建構EIS之考量因素。就環境因素構面、組織因素構面、人員因素構面、系統開發構面、EIS系統特徵構面來探討中小企業建構EIS之考量因素。\r\n 研究結果顯示，中小企業實施電腦化已行之有年，而主管資訊系統之推行則仍在起步階段。同業的激烈競爭、環境快速的變遷以及對於即時整合性資訊的需求的壓力，使得高階主管必須發展EIS。而如何找出EIS應提供的資訊以及資料的整合與管理，是目前發展EIS所遭遇到最大的問題與困難。MIS架構尚未成熟與高階主管不習慣使用電腦與缺乏使用電腦的經驗，是EIS未發展的主因。\r\n EIS使用者遍及高階、中階與一般管理階層，可見使用者層級向下蔓延。目前中小企業主管資訊系統的資訊需求取得方式，是採用多種方法一起使用的方式去挖拙。而平均的EIS投資成本為193萬，開發策略則以委外排名第一，有一半的中小企業在發展EIS時運用資料倉儲技術，此為EIS發展時的趨勢。而中小企業發展EIS的平台，主要是以主從式架構與Web EIS為主。在EIS系統所提供特徵與功能方面，大多數項目均低於國外之調查，顯示國內EIS仍有許多待加強之處。而中小企業EIS重視企業內部營運資料的能力，而較不重視外部資訊的提供。 | zh_TW |
