日期: | 2002 | 上傳時間: | 9-May-2016 | 摘要: | 週休二日的實施及休假制度的改變，使公務人員非工作時間增加。當台灣的經濟奇蹟帶來更舒適的物質享受，充實生活內涵及追求生活品質已不再是奢望，工作外休息時間，使休閒生活的規劃成為新課題。\r\n 本研究以休閒認知、休閒需求與休閒滿意探討公務人員的休閒參與及休閒態度之狀況。研究對象以台北市及台北縣中央及地方機關編制內人員，自九十一年一月至三月間，採郵寄分發問卷1130份，回收問卷816份，有效問卷770份。經以SPSS 8.0中文版統計套裝軟體，以次數分配、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費法、皮爾森積差相關分析、因素分析等統計方法進行資料分析。\r\n 本研究所得結論包括：\r\n 1.性別、健康狀況、職務、子女狀況、休閒時間等因素會造成個人在休閒認知上顯著差異。\r\n 2.性別、年齡、教育程度、婚姻狀況、健康狀況、職務、年資、居住情形、子女狀況等因素會造成個人在休閒需求上顯著差異。\r\n 3.性別、教育程度、健康狀況、休閒金額、休閒時間等因素會造成個人在休閒滿意上顯著差異。\r\n 4.休閒認知、休閒需求及休閒滿意各面向間呈正向相關。\r\n 由研究結果提出建議，在機關方面，可加強休閒觀念，提供休閒環境，由良好的休閒體驗再回到工作場所，創造高效率的服務品質。就個人而言，可經由規劃休閒再學習，獲得個人高附加價值及增進人際關係。而由於本研究因時間及人力，在研究方法之限制可作為日後研究改進之處。 | 參考文獻: |
