摘要: 本研究是以國小補校教師為研究對象,旨在探討國小補校教師內外控信念、角色知覺與教學型態等相關情形,期能根據研究結果,研擬具體可行的建議,以供改進教學及辦理國小補校師資培訓、甄選、評鑑及設計相關師資培育課程之參考。
