摘要: 本論文分六章十六節,旨在藉由綜觀的角度,分析冷戰後俄羅斯全新的決策體系,進而探討出俄羅斯外交政策轉向亞太地區的各項變數,並預測其所可能扮演的角色及對亞太地區和我國所可能產生的影響。各章節內容提要如下:
