That means the relationships between the librarians and the readers have become closer than ever. Therefore, the “communication” techniques turn out to be an essential capability of modern librarians. This article will analyze the causes of the difficulties in the communication and the solutions for the problems. And there are proposals for the training of the communication ability on the part of librarians. |
