科學發展觀下的眾聲喧嘩：漢芯案的論述分析

Abstract

本文由文化研究途徑與論述理論分析方法探討2006 年在大陸晶片業發生的漢芯造假事件，探討漢芯被符碼化的過程。並經由對相關文本的論述分析，探討建構漢芯案的多元論述為何，揭示一個由民族、政治、經濟、知識四個面向，每個面向自成一組二元對立的多元論述網絡，這些多元論述可分析為主流與非主流兩方面。而主流立場即表現為當前中共的科學發展觀，它是中國的知識經濟追趕戰略。在此戰略催化下，主流、非主流立場、多元論述之間互相加速建構與解構，並加強對人的介入與制約。但多元論述同時為行動者創造多元行動的可能性，使得科學發展觀下大陸的文化圖像呈現眾聲喧嘩的狂歡節場景。

The article discussed Hanxin fake event in electronic chip industry of Mainland China in 2006 by cultural studies and discourse theory, and discussed the process of Hanxin’s being encoding. We discussed and constructed the multi-discourse of Hanxin by mean of relative texts. We proposed a multiple network composed of national, political, economic, and knowledge dimensions which became dualism automatically. These multiple discourse could be divided into main current and non-main current. The main current represents scientific concept of development that revealed by China Communist Party. It was a catch-up strategy of knowledge economy of Mainland China. Under the catalysis by strategy, mutual increasing construction and deconstruction between main current, non-main current, and multiple discourse, and enforced interruption and conditioning about human. But in the same time multiple discourse created possible multiple action for actors. The cultural phenomena under scientific concept of development appeared carnival of heteroglossia.
