解放軍空軍現代化之發展與挑戰

Abstract

自從第一次波灣戰爭和科索沃戰爭以來，解放軍空軍已體認到，未來戰\\r爭將不同於過去的戰爭。在未來「高技術局部戰爭」中，解放軍空軍將「首\\r當其衝，全程使用」。它正逐漸從支援軍種轉型成獨立軍種，也正由「國土\\r防空型」轉變成「攻防兼備型」的空軍。並且正朝改革軍隊組織架構、調整\\r軍事訓練大綱及汰除舊式裝備方向前進，以此建立現代高技術環境中的全天\\r候攻、防戰力，達到打一場「高技術條件下局部戰爭」的能力。
