中國國際參與的西方文獻回顧：典則理論、理性調適與國際社會化的評估

Abstract

本文以現實主義、自由制度主義與社會建構主義為架構區分學界對中國國際參與政策的研究，本文共區分為價值順從型、利益順從型、調適對抗型與內生戰略型等四類文獻。綜言之，本文認為現有文獻已對此進行相當多的辯論，但未能以更系統的推論或有力的證據佐證其對中國未來「意圖」的論述，本文認為或可透過長時間而大規模的研究設計，並佐以第一手的訪談資料，論證中國外交政策目標排序的變化對其參與政策變化的影響，藉此或可更完善這類議題的研究。

This article discriminates the western academic studies on China’s policy for international participation under the framework of realism, liberal institutionalism and social constructivism. This article distinguishes four types of literature: value oriented, interest oriented, optimized confrontation and inner based strategy. Overall, the author proposes that existent literature has undergone considerable amount of debate on the topic but neglected discussions on China’s “intentions” for the future. The author argues that studies on such topic may be improved through a large scale, long-term research supported by first-hand information through interviews to complement the impact of change in China’s foreign policy of participation.
