後社會主義時期大陸國家權力的增長：「王同億現象」的建構歷程

Abstract

本文的目的在透過「王同億現象」，探討後社會主義時期大陸「國家權力」的消長。「王同億現象」是大陸辭書偽劣假冒的代名詞。本文採取文化研究途徑探討「王同億現象」，以見大陸社會的多元論述如何談論、建構「王同億現象」。並進一步研究策動多元論述進行結盟的「權力-知識」複合體，以見為何談論「王同億現象」。本文認為「國家權力-知識經濟」與「個人權力-市場博奕」是存在於多元論述背後的兩組「權力-知識」複合體，它們是一個「多元聯動網絡」。該網絡可視為後社會主義時期，促成大陸發展的一組去中心驅動力量。而在「國家權力」採取威權體制，與「知識經濟」易於快速生產的共同催化下，將使得此一網絡的內部競合更為激烈，大陸「國家權力」隨之同步增長。

This research inquires the growth of state power of post-socialist China by the way of“the Phenomena of Tong-yi Wang.” “The Phenomena of Tong-yi Wang” is the pronoun ofpoor and fake dictionaries. It probes into “the Phenomena of Tong-yi Wang” through cul-tural studies in order to see through multi-discourse of China`s society how to discussingand structuring it. For deepening it, we still want to know how the complex of power andknowledge triggers multi-discourse of “the Phenomena of Tong-yi Wang”. It exposes thattwo sets of complex of power and knowledge, State Power and Knowledge Economy andIndividual Power and Marketable Games, are the foundation of multi-discourse. The twosets of complex are a multi-interactive network. It is regarded as a kind of “de-centering”drive for speeding up developing China in post-socialist ages. Especially in the knowledgeeconomy times, knowledge power is often along with the feature of fast production andstate power with authoritarianism. It leads to the state growth more competitive along withmulti-interactive network.
