論尼克森時期美中會談對日本的制約

Abstract

隨著美國有關季辛吉及尼克森與中國的會談檔案解密，清楚顯示在美中接觸的一連串會談中，所涉及的內容遠超過聯合公報，看似各自堅持的聲明，背後實已形塑彼此間的默契與原則，並落實於美國政策中。本文以美中會談過程的日本問題為題，論證日本實於冷戰格局中再次被制約，包括制約日本從經濟擴張到復甦軍國主義、制約日本染指臺灣與韓國、制約日本發展核子武器、制約日本與中蘇的地緣政治問題、制約日本在東亞的地位與發展等議題。從日本的討論也可擴而得知，此一連串的會談，其歷史意義正是再次型塑往後的亞洲秩序，深刻影響後來的亞洲歷史。

As the files of talks about Kissinger, Nixon and China were deciphered, showed clearly in a bunches of talks that the U.S.A. and China contact, the contents involved exceed the content of " Joint Communiqué," seeming to be the statement that insisted on each, the back had already moulded the tacit understanding and principle each other, implementing it in U.S.A.`s policy. This article proves Japan that was actually restricted in the cold war pattern again with the title of question of Japan on the Sino-American talks course, including restricted the militarism to recovering from economic expansion of Japan, restrained Japan from having finger in Taiwan and S. Korea, restrained Japan from developing such topics as nuclear weapons, restriction Japan and Sino-Soviet geopolitical issue, restriction position and development in east Asia of Japan, etc.. The discussion from Japan can be expanded to learn, this a succession of talks, its historic significance was exactly the Asian order was moulded later on again, influenced Asia history later on deeply.
