摘要: 如何正確且有效的衡量評估系統組織績效,一直都是管理領域最基本的議題。本研究提供完整的全新理論架構來整合不同的績效評估方法,並以模糊理論為出發點分析實際個案作。並整合以下幾個主題: 1.評估指標建立, 2.各評估指標之加權值計算, 3.各評估指標之模糊衡量值, 4.建立評估排名值。\r\n技術上,利用分析層級程序法決定各評估指標的加權值;利用模糊理論衡量各指標的績效值;最後透過理想解近似度偏好排序法求得相對排名。並以國內旅遊資料為例作實證分析,以作為改善之基準。
