摘要 本文依地理位置、地緣政治及特殊聯結因素等三要項，先界定東北亞體系之範圍。隨後提出東北亞區域體系之演變過程:自第二次世界大戰結束後所形成之雅爾達體系、兩極對抗之冷戰體系、戰略三角體系、及四角關係體系，探討其形成之因素、體系之特徵、運作模式、及對區域穩定之影響。並就所歸納之區域問題，演繹出解決之方案。
