題名 影響利益團體形成因素之探討-苗栗客運工會集體抗爭事件個案研究

      本論文之旨意，係假苗栗客運工會集體抗爭事件為個案，依問卷調查暨統計分析為主，訪談研究為輔，以剖析影響利益團體形成之因素，究係楚曼(Davis B. Truman)一再強調枝共同利益，或為奧爾森(Mancer Olson)所側重之個別利益，抑或薩利斯柏瑞(Robert H. Salishbury)力主之企業家。依統計分析結果所示，舉凡共同利益或個別利益，皆為影響潛在利益團體成員加入利益團體，乃至為利益團體形成付諸行動之因素。再者，統計數據亦間接顯示，企業家與個別利益之提供息息相關。而訪談研究所獲知資料，亦與統計分析雷同。此舉意味，上述任一理論均不足以獨立闡釋利益團體之形成，彼等所言實係各有所擅。
