| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Based on the Theory of New Institutionalism, this article intends to analyze the functions of and interactions among the three top decision-making bodies-the Politburo, its Standing Committee and the Central Secretariat-within the Chinese Communist Party. This article also tries to gauge the degree of institutionalization of CCP`s decision-making bodies based on CCP`s organizational principle, democratic centralism, along with an exploration of its decision-making mechanisms by assessing the role of CCP`s Secretary General in Chinese politics. | - |
