dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 房價是個受到長期重視的議題,有關研究不斷的進行中。本書為作者多年來對房價研究之看法,也參考了眾多學者在房價方面的研究,提供房價變化之因與果。此專書從房價的歷史數據變化開始,分析房價如何形成,以及特殊之處,房價理論模型如何因此被建構,從早期倚賴傳統經濟學理論的不足,再引入行為經濟理論補充,以心理層面去分析市場價格,也著重於高房價的原因、區域房價偏離等問題,最後也分析當前高房價造成的經濟與社會問題。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Real estate prices receive long-term attention in academics. Research about real estate price never stops. This book summarizes the viewpoints of authors over the years on the real estate price studies, but also assembled a number of scholars in these studies, to examine the causes and consequences of real estate price changes. This book begins with the historical analyses of real estate prices, analyzes how the real estate prices are formed, and their specialty. We provide real estate price theory model based on traditional economic theory and also further explain by behavioral economic theory. This book focuses on the problem for high prices level, regional price deviation, and finally analyze economic and social problems caused by high prices. | en_US |
