摘要 社群媒體平台如今已成為政治公關與公眾溝通不可或缺的重要工具。過去的研究發現兩件事情:首先,過去研究焦點集中在候選人在社群媒體上的呈現,缺乏「日常」(routine)的社群媒體溝通研究;其次,研究發現儘管了解社群媒體的溝通優勢,但並未妥善運用、發揮社群媒體的對話功能優勢。故,本研究旨以第九屆不分區年輕世代的立法委員Facebook 為例,採取內容分析法,檢視年輕世代立委們問政期間的社群媒體對話溝通策略使用情形,並嘗試解釋影響對話差異性之因素。
     研究結果發現,年輕世代的立法委員致力於展現社群媒體的豐富資訊性,然而對於社群媒體的掌握仍不夠熟練。此外,政黨屬性確實會影響對話溝通策略的使用。

dc.description.abstract (摘要) 社群媒體平台如今已成為政治公關與公眾溝通不可或缺的重要工具。過去的研究發現兩件事情:首先,過去研究焦點集中在候選人在社群媒體上的呈現,缺乏「日常」(routine)的社群媒體溝通研究;其次,研究發現儘管了解社群媒體的溝通優勢,但並未妥善運用、發揮社群媒體的對話功能優勢。故,本研究旨以第九屆不分區年輕世代的立法委員Facebook 為例,採取內容分析法,檢視年輕世代立委們問政期間的社群媒體對話溝通策略使用情形,並嘗試解釋影響對話差異性之因素。
     研究結果發現,年輕世代的立法委員致力於展現社群媒體的豐富資訊性,然而對於社群媒體的掌握仍不夠熟練。此外,政黨屬性確實會影響對話溝通策略的使用。
