摘要 現今企業面臨全球性的競爭,尤其面臨中國的低成本競爭,歐美等國優異的技術與產品,促使台灣電機機械製造業面臨轉型的過程;除此之外,過往的競爭是單一企業對單一企業的競爭,然而在現在競爭激烈的環境下,已經轉變成供應鏈與供應鏈的競爭。而現在企業可以透過數位轉型,提升組織,甚至是整條供應鏈的競爭力。
數位轉型廣義的定義即為導入資訊系統、自動化等,然而狹義的定義為透過數位轉型,改變組織的商業模式,以提升組織的績效。本研究即以台灣國際企業,在海外有四十餘國有子公司,全球市佔率前五,國內市佔率第一的T公司為例,除此之外, T公司被台灣政府列為數位轉型之範例,探討該企業如何透過數位轉型,整合供應商與顧客的資訊,提升產品附加價值,進而提升整體供應鏈的績效。
本研究採用個案分析法,透過深度訪談擬訂數位轉型策略的高階管理人員,以及執行數位轉型的中階主管,了解個案公司如何擬定數位轉型策略,並且如何施行。研究結果發現,個案公司除了在公司內部導入資訊系統以及IOT裝置外,更開發專屬於供應商和顧客的資訊平台,以利搜集供應商與顧客資料,進一步的整合整條供應鏈的資訊,藉由這三個資訊平台,提升最終產品的價值,使整條供應鏈的競爭力提升。
研究結果為,數位轉型對供應鏈整合具有正向關係,供應鏈整合與供應鏈績效也有正向關係,進而得到數位轉型對供應鏈績效也具備正向關係。
