Machine managements日期 2021 上傳時間 4-Aug-2021 16:36:50 (UTC+8) 摘要 面對工業4.0的浪潮,許多企業面臨數位轉型之議題。臺灣以製造業起家,已經在許多產業及領域累積競爭優勢,然而,如今卻面臨勞動人口降低、企業機台老舊,且難以適應現今多變的市場需求等問題。臺灣微型製造企業在資源有限的情況下,應該如何面對工業4.0相關議題,以及如何有效實行智慧製造數位轉型,跨出轉型的第一步,為現階段相當重要之議題。因此,本研究結合工業4.0、製造執行系統及作業價值管理系統之概念,擬定出在臺灣微型製造企業在導入系統時可能面臨之困難,並且以機台為核心,提出解決方案,協助這些企業跨出智慧製造數位轉型的第一步,並且提前布局。
With the advent of Industry 4.0, many companies are facing the issue of digital transformation. The manufacturing industry plays an important role in Taiwan`s economy. Lots of enterprises have accumulated competitive advantages in many fields and industries. However, these companies are facing a drastic decrease in the labor force in Taiwan, having problems with old machines in the factory, and difficulty adapting to the changing market demands.
